Step 1: Unscrew Headcap

Step 2: Remove Orings From Body And Headcap

Step 3: Ream Head

Step 4: Press Turbine Apart

Inspect, Replace, Clean & Lubricate Parts

Assembly

Step 5: Put Impeller Onto Spindle

Step 6: Put Rear Bearing Onto Spindle

Step 7: Press Front Bearing

Step 8: Back To Back Comparison and Caliper Check

Step 9: Press Spindle into Impeller With Preset Press Tool

Step 10: Press Back Bearing Onto Spindle/Impeller

Step 11: Press Front Bearing Onto Spindle/Impeller

Step 12: Back To Back Comparison and Caliper Check

Step 13: Put Turbine Into Headcap

Step 14: Handtighten Headcap

Step 15: Tighten Headcap
